It also features a bathroom with shower, built-in wardrobes and cabinetry, original exposed wood beam ceilings, which perfectly complement the contemporary design.

The building is centuries old, but has been flawlessly restored maintaining all the superb details of the period (see the pictures below in the "Building images" file). The apartment is very quiet despite the central location of the building. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (the building has a lift but it only goes to the 2nd floor).
