Orbis Pictus or...Play at the Mánes Gallery
Another of the series of interactive exhibitions under the direction of the artist and a man skilled in various jobs, Petr Nikl, is now on display for touching and testing in the Prague Gallery Mánes. At this exhibition no one will reprimand you for touching the installed objects – on the contrary, here you are asked to do so. Play is based on imagination and creativity of visitors and it will draw in not only children and teenagers, but also adults. Projects by 41 Czech and foreign artists can be seen between the 4th November and the 31st of January, 2011 daily except for Monday from 10 a.m. till 7 p.m. The exhibition is accompanied by an attractive program consisting of various music and theater performances.
