Rock for People 2011
The summer festival season is approaching faster than you might think and soon enough it will be that rock and roll time again for Rock for People! Held in Festival Park near the city of Hradec Kralove, about a two-hour train ride from Prague, Rock for People is the biggest and most popular outdoor music festival in the country. For four fun-filled days you can hear artists from around the world rocking out for all to enjoy, ensuring that Rock for People is an excellent place to kick back, relax and meet new friends all the while dancing to rock and roll tunes and getting your kicks. Rock for People 2011 is from July 2nd to the 5th. Rock for People features over 170 bands on 8 stages, chill out zones, extreme sports and exciting activities plus an array of international food (local Czech specialties, vegetarian food, Indian, Thai, Mexican, Chinese food and more) and venders selling handmade crafts, CDs, games and clothing.
