Prague Cello Quartet
This group of four exceptional musicians offers original arrangements of not only classical but also jazz, film, rock, and pop melodies. Their concerts blend music with a distinctive sense of humor, entertaining audiences of all ages, including children. Music videos from this quartet have garnered millions of views worldwide. A concert will take place on 11 May at Kino Lucerna, where they will showcase the best of their work. For example Jesus Star Superstar, les Misèrables, Moulin Rouge or Phantom Of The Opera*. But also film music, pop songs (Queen, Coldplay), or classical music. The ensemble currently consists of Jan Zvěřina (cello, leader), Štěpán Švestka (cello), Michal Haring (cello) and Tomáš Otevřel (double bass).
