Established by Gabriele Feliciani, a native of the Abruzzo region in Italy, Gabriele Ristorante is situated in an ancient whimsical cellar where you can wine and dine with your loved ones in an intimate candle lit atmosphere. Gabriele Feliciani is an international master chef that has worked, namely in French restaurants in Canada, New York, Miami, Boston, Cannes, Grasse, Barcelona, Parma, Rome, Florence, Milan and Munich. While working at the French fine dining establishments it became clear to him that his focus for the future would shift to the culture of Italian gastronomy. And so Mr. Feliciani toured and explored provincial cities and restaurants, savoring the Italian flavors of each rural establishment and discovered the complexity of flavors featured in Old Italian cuisine. Italian cuisine as one of the most popular world cuisines is so very often represented by pizza and pasta and Gabriele Feliciani would like to break away from this so called stereotype of what Italian cuisine is.
