The Allegro Restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Prague is now closed. The world famous hotel is now proud to present its newest addition to the Prague culinary scene with CottoCrudo, a hip and lively Italian restaurant, bar and lounge.
Named the best restaurant in the Czech Republic by several sources two years in a row and the only recipient of a Michelin Star in the Czech Republic, Allegro Restaurant at the Four Seasons Hotel is an exquisite eatery that features a traditional setting with windows overlooking Lesser Town and Prague Castle. The wooden interior with its superb furniture is reminiscent of old days. The atmosphere during lunchtime is quite formal while breakfast and dinner are more relaxed. Allegro reflects the flavors of Italy in a simple yet refined cuisine, superbly executed and served with flair. Breakfast serves up an a la carte menu, while lunch and dinner menus feature Italian, Mediterranean and classic continental cuisine as well as Bohemian specialties. We recommend starting with the Yellow Fin Tuna caramelized with ginger, followed by Handmade Potato Gnocchi with Black Truffles. The recommended choice for dessert is the Lemon Compote and Sea Salt Ice Cream, a true delight.
