La Degustation Boheme Bourgeoise is one of the newest restaurants belonging to the Ambiente chain. This gourmet restaurant serves 7 courses in one delicious extravagant feast, selected from a choice of three possible menus. Go Boheme Traditionelle and try old style Czech classics refined and renewed by modern techniques, or try the Continental menu. Or perhaps the Boheme Bourgeoisie menu, which consists of Czech inspired fusion food, significantly jazzed up. There is playfulness throughout all three menus and flexibility reigns, so feel free to swap a disliked dish with a corresponding item from another menu. Chef de cuisine, Fernando David Delgado tirelessly prepares and decorates each and every dish, while Oldrich Sahajdak is the executive Chef for La Degustation. The atmosphere is intimate, modern, and elegant featuring very soft lightning with a dark wooden decor, yet still retains a sense of irreverence and fun.
