The signature dishes draw inspiration from Far East Asia, Indochina, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia. Each meal is delectably composed and intricately put together to give a perfect balance of ingredients, which surprise the pallet as much as they intrigue visually. The Borneo style sea bass ceviche with lime juice, chili & ginger served with coconut rice nori rolls is highly recommended.
