Modernista specializes in Czech design and decorative arts. Located close to Old Town Square in a Baroque palace in the historical center of Prague, Modernista has found fame and acclaim since its foundation in 1999, having been featured regularly in Czech and international design magazines. The selection offered in the Modernista design shop is varied and wide with Czech Cubist ceramics (reproductions from their Cubist Collection), Modernist furniture, lighting, toys, Jewelry, china, and glass. Modernista offers originals from the Art Deco, Bauhaus, and Czech Cubism movements in their 350m2 showroom. Modernista is an interesting place to purchase a piece of unique stylish history, whether it be a reproduction of Czech classic design, an original Art Deco Decoration for your home, or a piece of fabulous furniture from new Czech designers.
