Located in New Town and opened in February 2009, Boem is a wonderful establishment featuring authentic, flavorful Macedonian food. As you make your way past the unassuming façade you will find yourself in a pretty courtyard, perfect for a calm lunch or a romantic dinner during the summer months in Prague. The quiet courtyard is a welcome haven from the bustling city, as is the main indoor room with its simple décor of wood and brick elements and warm colors. Boem Restaurant is comfortable and clean with excellent, friendly service, tasty food and a laidback atmosphere, a good place to spend the day munching on yummy Balkan food with friends. The restaurant offers a daily lunch menu, which is composed of bread, soup and a main course; the lunch menu offers excellent value for the money. Water is served in wine glasses with slices of lemon, a pleasant surprise for the city of Prague and the deliciously fluffy yet dense white bread is made daily from scratch. At Boem you can taste fresh seafood and fish from Croatian suppliers, Macedonian wine for very reasonable prices in comparison to the offer in other restaurants in the city center, homemade spirits, homemade Macedonian cheese and many other Balkan delicacies. The local Balkan community maintains that the soups served at Boem taste so good that you will think the soups were prepared by your own mother. You can have the excellent dishes from Boem delivered in the form of catering to your private event or organize a private party right in the restaurant.
