Upon entering IL Primo you will be seated in a comfortable armchair by a friendly waiter whose optimism is genuine and whose smile does not disappear even when he is serving you. Before reading the menu, notice the warm, wood-dominated interior, atmospheric paintings on the walls and a bar made of the combination of stone, glass and wood. The menu itself contains a colorful array of meals whose thousands of years of tradition are persuasive evidence of their deliciousness, and a wide and still increasing selection of quality wines. We decided to make our selection as varied as possible and thus chose a Greek specialty, fried zucchini with yoghurt sauce and fresh dill as a starter and then moved to southern France for our main course - cotelettes d'agneau et persilade, lamb cutlets with Provence herbs. We topped our Mediterranean culinary adventure off with an Italian dessert, Mascarpone cream with fresh raspberries.
