Le Grill Restaurant at Kempinski Hybernska Prague Hotel

One reason to think that Prague is gaining back its reputation as the European capital of culture, the reputation that was unfortunately lost during the five decades of totalitarian governments, is that a new luxurious hotel of the legendary Kempinski Hotel chain was opened in Prague in October 2008. The other reason to think that those dark ages are finally over and forgotten is that part of this hotel is a brand new restaurant led by Marek Fichtner, a young and dynamic executive chef who is thereby bringing his many years of international experience back home to the Czech Republic. Fichtner worked in culinary professions all over the world, spent seven years on Petr Deilmann Cruises and Celebrity Cruises ships, was an executive chef on the Constellation cruise ship and worked as a chef in prestigious hotels in Saudi Arabia and Switzerland. All these experiences have an almost fairy tale ending in his coming back to his homeland and making his dreams come true by basically creating the spectacular Le Grill Restaurant, a restaurant which will almost certainly surpass your expectations and which certainly, despite its name, offers much more than just grilled meals. Choose your meal from a short and concise menu offering international cuisine while comfortably seated in a restaurant hall designed with great elegance and sensitivity and then rely on the attentive and dedicated staff to perform the magic. Le Grill is a place where culinary dreams come true. As an extra-added bonus, the lush, manicured garden at Kempinski Hotel offers an al fresco dining option; dine in true European style in this special summer venue where you can enjoy all day dining options. Throughout the months of August and September (weather permitting) Le Grill Restaurant hosts Friday evening barbecues and Sunday brunches, both featuring delicious food and soothing live music.
