Located in the famous Dancing House-also known as the Fred and Ginger House, on the top two floors is the Celeste Restaurant & Bar. Celeste Restaurant & Bar, sister restaurant of Celeste Bistro, offers fine French cuisine on the top two floors of an unrivalled modern building; the restaurant features luxury modern décor, a summer terrace and wonderful views of Prague Castle, the Vltava River and the red rooftops of the Littler Quarter. The cuisine offered at Celeste Restaurant & Bar by Head Chef Gwendal Le Ruyet is a modern and innovative interpretation of classic French cuisine, with a main focus on the highest standard of preparation, presentation and quality ingredients. The a la carte menu includes exciting starters such as Fresh Atlantic crab with tomato jelly, celeriac remoulade and lemon pulp and Cold courgette & lemon cream with gnocchi of ricotta, delightful Mains including Half Atlantic lobster with shellfish and calamari, buttered lobster sauce, semolina and squid ink pappardelle and Roasted Moravian lamb with courgette, chanterelle mushrooms, tomato concassé and taggiasche olive jus, and last but not least, scrumptious desserts including Pineapple Carpaccio, passion fruit mousse, white chocolate & rum parfait and Fondant apricots on salted Breton biscuit, vanilla cream and almond ice-cream. Celeste Restaurant & Bar also offers a tasting menu and a lunch menu (2 courses for 450kc and 3 courses for 550kc). Celeste Restaurant & Bar showcases an extensive wine list plus a fine digestive and spirit selection. If you wish to have a pre-dinner or post dinner signature cocktail, Celeste Bar is located on the ground floor of the Dancing House. Enjoy a wonderful meal of fine French fare all the while enjoying the best views of Prague!
