Divadelní Restaurace
Located in Old Town is Divadelní Restaurace, a sister restaurant to Café Slavia and Restaurant Parnas. The fully air-conditioned restaurant is a pleasant blend of dark wood and soft lighting and is also available for private parties of up to 56 guests. The restaurant’s location can’t be beat as it is situated next to the grand Café Slavia across from the golden-capped National Theater and features a gorgeous view of the Prague Castle. The menu offered at Divadelní Restaurace is full of traditional Czech fare with Budvar on tap and includes cold starters, soups, fresh salads and tasty mains such as pork sirloin baked with garlic, caraway and sour cabbage served with Czech potatoes pancakes, beef goulash with onions and red peppers, and roasted knuckle of pork with horseradish and mustard. The bar features large plasma screen TVs for sports events. The restaurant has a lunch menu that includes soup, a main dish and a mini dessert, all for 89 Czk.
