El Centro
Experience the sunshine of Spain in the heart of Central Europe! El Centro is a lively restaurant serving colorful and flavorful food in the bustling city of Prague. The large and varied menu includes soups (including Gazpacho and Seafood), salads and cold starters (nachos, olives, and a Chorizo plate to name a few). The salads offered are fresh and crisp (including a Tuna Salad with Asparagus) and the hot starters are divine (our favorites are the Baby Octopus alla Marinara and the Grilled Eggplant with Mozzarella). But the restaurant’s real specialty is their Paella, which you can have with lamb, rabbit or fresh fish. The menu is huge, so you will not have a problem with variety, you will however have a difficult time deciding what to order.
