Mamacoffee Cafe

Mamacoffee started off as a small coffeehouse on Londynska Street in Vinohrady. Their specialty was selling delicious and robust fair trade coffee (from Ethiopia, Brazil and Tanzania), teas, ceramics and accessories at reasonable prices. As their strong bodied coffee brewed people started to pay attention and what started off as something small and ethical has caught on around the city of Prague and now Mamacoffee has three locations including a spacious coffeehouse in New Town on Vodičkova Street, which serves light snacks as well. We highly recommend trying the pastry covered baked apple stuffed with raisins and nuts and served with kiwi and the spicy potato pancakes. The winning combination of fair trade products, friendly efficient service and cozy interiors has made Mamacoffee an instant success. You can also purchase coffee online and have it delivered; Mamacoffee's coffee is also served at select fine establishments throughout Prague.
