Holmes Place is a chain of top class fitness centers offering a combination of a wide range of fitness services, spa and relaxation. The chain started in London in 1980 while the first Holmes Place fitness club in Prague opened in 2005 and since then three more clubs have been opened, each of them embodying the original ideas of quality combined with exclusivity as well as the timeless Greek ideal of harmony of the body and soul. Holmes Place offers a personal individuated approach to each client and is therefore perfect for you regardless if you are a professional sportsman or sportswoman or if you just want an occasional work out. The instructors of Holmes Place are top professionals in their fields and are there during all opening hours to help you make an effective plan of development of your fitness skills according to your goals and needs. Holmes Place also puts great emphasis on constant improvement of the environment of their gyms. All the Holmes Place clubs offer cutting-edge workout hall with a modern cardio zone and the possibility of hiring an individual trainer, a Power plate studio, a relaxation zone (sauna, whirlpool, steam room) a wide range of studio lessons and a cafe (mostly with Wi-Fi internet connection). The individual branches of Holmes Place also offer a lot of extra services (see the list below). Holmes Place also offers two Premium Clubs that boast a personalized approach, stylish design and cutting-edge equipment featuring private plasma screens and X-bikes.
