We highly recommend the Salmon Marinated in Cognac and Dill appetizer (served with honey mustard dressing and toast), the Bouillabaisse Fish soup (with shrimp and mussels served with saffron aioli, cheddar cheese and croutons) and the Borsch Soup (with beef, beetroot and sour cream), the Mixed Salad (with baby spinach, endive, pear, blue cheese and orange dressing), the New Zealand Lamb Chops as a main (with roasted aubergine and spinach, chickpeas, creamy potatoes and shallot sauce), the Marinated Beef Sirloin in Cream Sauce (served with Carlsbad dumplings and cranberries) for a traditional Czech meal, the Grilled Norwegian Salmon (served with fava beans, sweet peas, tomatoes, red pepper sauce and potato puree) for a fish entrée, and the Spaghetti with Tiger Prawns (garlic, chili peppers and parsley) if you wish to try a pasta dish. To finish off a mouthwatering meal, we suggest the Vanilla Cheesecake (served with red fruits and strawberry sauce) or the Caramel Créme Brulée (served with vanilla balls coated in chocolate).
