Svata Klara Restaurant, or Saint Klara restaurant is located in the pretty residential and leafy area of Troja, home to Troja Chateau, Prague Zoo and the Botanic Gardens. Although it is situated outside of the tourist center, Saint Klara restaurant is worth visiting for many reasons, the first of these reasons being that the restaurant is in a cave! And if that isn’t exciting enough, then think of the tasty French and delicious international cuisine you will taste in a restaurant that is situated in a building that has been used as a wine cellar by a royal Count since 1679! We recommend the French Onion Soup, the Scotch Salmon Filet tempered in extra virgin olive oil with a sesame seed crust, served with leaf spinach and pine nuts and potato puree, the Grilled Lamb Cutlets with sage, potatoes au gratin, roasted green beans in garlic with mashed potatoes and for dessert, the crème brulee with fresh vanilla and the Poppy Cake with currant sauce and fresh fruit. Let the charming atmosphere of an ancient cellar combined with delicious food be the setting of a special occasion dinner for you and your loved ones.
