This popular cellar restaurant located only a few steps from Náměstí Jiřího z Poděbrad features a menu that packs in a wide variety of flavors that will have you returning time and time again to try the interesting and unusual fusion of international cuisines. Mozaika's menu changes with every season and the chef Petr Tyrichtr focuses on high quality and modern concept of traditional meals. The modern minimalist interior enhances the atmosphere and combined with the friendly professional service, you will be sure to have the best of times and enjoy a great culinary experience at Mozaika. We recommend trying the "3 in 1" menu, where you choose your entree and add a soup or salad and a sweet dish, for a 3-course delight. Although the main menu changes often, from the Evergreen menu, or the permanent menu, we can recommend the Mozaika Beef Burger (served on a homemade spinach bun with mushrooms, sweet onions, mayonnaise and tomatoes) or the Asian Risotto (chicken, spicy coconut milk sauce and parmesan cheese or cashew nuts). For dessert do not miss the Créme Brulée with fresh fruit tartar! Half portions are available for 70% of the price if you wish for a lighter meal.
