This popular newly reconstructed cellar restaurant located only a few steps from náměstí Jiřího z Poděbrad features a menu that packs a wide variety of flavors that will have you returning time and time again to try the interesting and unusual fusion of international cuisines. Mozaika's menu changes with every season and the chef Petr Tyrichtr focuses on high quality and modern concept of traditional meals. The modern minimalist interior enhances the atmosphere and in connection with friendly professional service you will have the best of time and enjoy a great culinary experience at Mozaika. We recommend the Homemade Poultry Pate (with morels, served with cranberries and baked ciabatta), the Roast Beef Salad, the Asian Risotto (with shrimp, spicy coconut milk, parmesan and cashews), the Mozaika Beef Burger (served on a homemade spinach bun with mushrooms, sweet onions, mayonnaise and tomatoes) and the Beef Tornedos (served with home-made potato croquets, celeriac purée, baked beet root, and veal sauc demi glace). For dessert do not miss the Forest Honey, Vanilla and Cream Parfait or the creamy Cheesecake! Half portions are available for 70% of the price if you wish for a lighter meal.
