The fine dining establishment also offers traditional Czech dishes prepared from only the finest highest quality and traditional ingredients. The thoughtfully chosen wine list features more than 90 wines from the Czech Republic, France, Italy, Spain and Chile, while an exclusive water menu offers over 30 fine water brands from around the world. The restaurant features an exquisite interior complete with colorful frescoes, classic paintings, antique furniture and more. During the warmer months the courtyard is open and complete with a romantic, soothing fountain. We recommend the Trio of Fish Carpaccio as a starter, the Homemade Spinach Ravioli with Ricotta cheese served with Pesto sauce, the Halibut Fillet served on artichoke puree, and the Fillet of fallow deer from Eastern Bohemia served with porcini mushrooms, cranberry sauce and home made ricotta gnocchi. If you wish to sample traditional Czech fare we heartily recommend the Crispy Baked Duck with apple cabbage. The Alchymist Special Fruit Sabayon is the ultimate sweet finish.
