The fine dining establishment also offers traditional Czech dishes prepared from only the finest highest quality and traditional ingredients. The thoughtfully chosen wine list features more than 90 wines from the Czech Republic, France, Italy, Spain and Chile, while an exclusive water menu offers over 30 fine water brands from around the world. The restaurant features an exquisite interior complete with colorful frescoes, classic paintings, antique furniture and more. During the warmer months the courtyard is open and complete with a romantic, soothing fountain. Thursdays through Saturdays you can hear popular songs from Yves Chelala, a fine Piano player and singer. We recommend the Green Asparagus gratinated with Parmesan and cherry Pachino tomatoes as a starter, the Homemade Spinach Ravioli with Ricotta cheese served with Pesto sauce, the Whole Sea Bass grilled with artichokes, olives, courgette and young potatoes, and the Beef Steak with pepper sauce, grilled vegetables and Umbria olive oil. If you wish to sample traditional Czech fare we heartily recommend the Crispy Baked Duck with apple cabbage and herb dumplings and the Sweet Dumplings filled with fresh strawberries topped with cottage cheese served with sour cream and melted butter as the ultimate sweet finish.
