What is hidden behind the name Papelote? It is new original Czech stationery which gives paper a brand new creative dimension. Paper is not just an element for writing but also a complex material full of tastes, smells, sounds and colors. At Papelote you can find exercise books, notebooks, postcards, wrapping paper, pencil cases, notebooks, folders and a host of other things that a good stationery shop should include. You will be surprised by the original design that enhances normal paper products to unique pieces of art. The aim of Papelote stationary is the recovery and improvement of existing levels of paper products. Therefore Papelote offers an alternative to current production. Stores with shelves full of Papelote products, varying from mass-produced products to purely creative, limited series, raise the interest of every child and you will experience the same. Papelote's great ideas go hand in hand with ecology. Papelote's effort is to offer products made from environmentally friendly materials and products that are "recycled" in another way, products, which are functional, simple and original. In addition to this great selection, there is also a so-called pape.lab - workshop, the services of which are offered to schools, businesses, institutions, the NGO sector, festivals, galleries, and shops and also individuals who love paper, design and originality. Since Papelote very much appreciates the cooperation with its fans of paper, who would like to learn more about working with paper and would like to be actively involved, the store also includes a small “library” with books from Czech publisher Baobab and books from illustrators and printmakers. There is also a room for occasional meetings and exhibitions, workshops and lectures. The motto "paper from heart and soul" really suits Papelote.
