This air-conditioned terrace apartment is situated next to the Old Town Square on Male Namesti - the heart of Prague’s center - in a neighborhood with fairy tale charm and only steps to restaurants, services and transportation. The apartment offers modern design and furnishings (incl. candles and plants), open-plan living and dining area with kitchen and private 15m2 terrace, dining set up for four people and comfortable sitting area with two sofa beds over which there is a loft bedroom with regular king size bed. It also features a shower bathroom, wardrobes, built-in sideboard, parquet floors, and original exposed beam ceilings perfectly complemented by the contemporary design. Among the amenities are a full time porter, weekly maid service (cleaning and linen), WiFi high speed Internet, satellite TV, Hi-Fi, DVD - Home Cinema, heated common areas of the building, and an independent laundry room with washer & dryer. All services and utilities are included. The building is centuries old, but has been flawlessly restored maintaining all the superb details of the period. Very quiet despite of the central location. 3rd floor with lift (lift goes only to the 2nd floor). Recommended for those who want to make their stay in Prague unforgettable. The price is for 3 persons, extra person EUR 15 per night.
