The apartment offers modern design and comfortable furnishings throughout (incl. candles and plants), living room with comfortable sitting area with sofa and extra sofa bed, with big windows and a nice south oriented terrace, fully equipped open kitchen (incl. dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and a set of dishes etc.) with adjoining dining area, one bedroom (with double bed), nice fully fitted modern bathroom, parquet and tile floors, built-in wardrobes, satellite TV, Hi-Fi, and WiFi high speed Internet, washer & dryer. The price includes weekly cleaning and linen (sheets and towels) service. Reserved parking in the courtyard included in the price (subject to availability).
