Brand new stylish 2nd floor one-bedroom apartment in a newly refurbished turn of the last century building located in a trendy and lively residential district of Prague just steps from Wenceslas' Square (5 min. walk) and the Old Town. The apartment offers modern design and comfortable furnishings throughout (incl. candles and plants), high ceilings, big windows, spacious living room with a comfortable sitting area and a double-bed, a big south oriented balcony (best for sun), fully equipped kitchen corner (incl. dishwasher, kettle and a set of dishes) with adjoining dining area, extra sofa-bed, nice fully fitted modern bathroom, parquet and tile floors, built-in wardrobes, cable TV&DVD, Hi-Fi set, WiFi high speed Internet, washer & dryer. The price includes weekly cleaning and linen (sheets and towels) service. Reserved parking in the courtyard included in the price (subject to availability). The price is for 3 persons, extra person is EUR 30 per night.
