Less than 50 steps to the Old Town Square, situated on "Male Namesti" square, a minute walk to the Charles Bridge, Prague Castle and everything in between, this is the prime location to get around on foot. This fully air-conditioned apartment offers modern design and furnishings (incl. candles and plants), open-plan living and dining area, kitchen (incl. refrigerator & freezer, electric kettle, dishes and cutlery) and comfortable sitting area with a sofa bed (210x140cm), plus a loft bedroom with a king size bed. It also features a bathroom with shower, built-in wardrobes and cabinetry, original exposed wood beam ceilings perfectly complemented by the contemporary design. Among the amenities are a full- time porter, weekly maid service (cleaning and linen), WiFi high speed Internet, satellite TV, DVD - Home Cinema, heated common areas of the building, and an independent laundry room with washer & dryer. All services and utilities are included. The building is centuries old, but has been flawlessly restored maintaining all the superb details of the period (see the pictures below in the "Building images" file). Very quiet despite the central location. 3rd floor with lift (lift goes only to the 2nd floor). Recommended for those who want to make their stay in Prague unforgettable. The price is for 3 persons, extra person EUR 15 per night.

Building description

One of the most convenient buildings in Prague. Located right on The King Charles Way, next to Old Town Square (you can hardly find yourself more in the center of Prague than here). Surrounded with historic buildings and Renaissance facades, the neighborhood has fairy tale charm while still being convenient to restaurants, services and transportation including the Staromestska Metro station. The building is centuries old, but has been flawlessly restored maintaining all the superb details. Among the amenities are a full time porter, lift, heated common areas of the building, WiFi high speed Internet, a common laundry room with washer & dryer. Parking in nearby garages.
