Apartment description

Superior quality, well-appointed one-bedroom apartment situated on the 3rd floor of this beautifully renovated 1900s Neo-baroque building, located just a short walk to Wenceslas Square (the very center of Prague), Metro station, National Theater or the river. It features living room, double bedroom, fully fitted kitchen, bathroom with shower, and built-in wardrobes. Among the amenities are modern design and furnishings incl. candles and plants, satellite TV, and an laundry room with washer & dryer. The neighborhood has an abundance of restaurants, bistros, wine bars, antique shops, and Internet cafés that overflow with joie de vivre in the evening. English architects have dubbed the area “the Soho of Prague”. Quiet despite of the central location. The apartment is designed for two-person occupancy, although it is possible (but not advisable) to accommodate more. The price is for 2 persons, extra person EUR 30.

Also we offer a breakfast delivery for additional EUR 12 - Menu [see PDF] and grocery delivery [see PDF].

During the High Season (1.4. - 31.10.) and Christmas (23.12.-2.1.) the price is increased.

This early 1900s Neo-baroque building, meticulously restored in 2005, retains the authentic architectural details of the period. Located at 12 Odboru Street in Prague 2 (at the very border of Prague 1), the building is near the Metro station and just a short walk to Wenceslas Square, National Theatre or the river.
