Fully serviced one bedroom one bathroom attic apartment with balcony, situated on the 4th floor of a renovated building with lift and an art gallery on the ground floor, steps from the river, Old Town Square, and the famous Charles Bridge. This apartment perfectly combines historic charm with modern design features. In addition, the flat has a fully fitted kitchen and a separate living room with sofa bed and a balcony. Amenities and finishes include satellite TV and WiFi Internet, oak wooden parquet floors, restored original wooden ceilings, washer. Quiet location. Weekly maid service (cleaning and linen). Parking in nearby garages (2 min. walk) in the National Theater. The price is for 3 persons, extra person is EUR 15.

During the High Season (1.4. - 31.10.) and Christmas (23.12.-2.1.) the price is increased.
