Brand new loft style 3-bedroom 2-bathroom split level attic apartment designed and furnished by Italian architects. Just about 50 steps from the Old Town Square on Kozna street. It features spacious living room with sofa bed, fully equipped open plan kitchen, dining area, 2 bedrooms with double bed (160x200cm & 140x200cm), third bedroom with single bed, one bathroom fitted with shower, toilet and bidet, second with bathtub and toilet, gallery with another sofa bed, custom made wardrobes, parquet and stone floors. 5th floor without lift. Among the amenities are satellite TV, DVD - Home Cinema, Wi-Fi Internet, washer, dishwasher, microwave oven. Quiet despite central location. Weekly maid service (cleaning and linen) included. The price is for 5 persons, extra person EUR 30 per night.

Also we offer a breakfast delivery for additional EUR 12 - Menu [see PDF] and grocery delivery [see PDF].

During the High Season (1.4. - 31.10.) and Christmas (23.12.-2.1.) the price is increased.
