Brand new 3-bedroom 2-bathroom split level loft apartment designed and furnished by Italian architects. Just steps from the Old Town Square on Kozna street (see on the location map below). It features spacious living room with sofa bed, dining area, fully equipped open plan kitchen, two bedrooms with double bed (160x200cm & 140x200cm), and third bedroom with single bed, two bathrooms with shower, toilet and bidet, gallery with another sofa bed, custom made wardrobes, parquet and stone floors. 5th floor without lift. Among the amenities are Wi-Fi Internet, satellite TV, DVD - Home Cinema, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven. Quiet despite central location. Weekly maid service (cleaning and linen) included. The price is for 5 persons, extra person EUR 30 per night.

Also we offer a breakfast delivery for additional EUR 12 - Menu [see PDF] and grocery delivery [see PDF].

During the High Season (1.4. - 31.10.) and Christmas (23.12.-2.1.) the price is increased.
