Stylishly furnished two level attic duplex with vertical windows and a wonderful view of Riegrovy Sady Park, located on the 6th and 7th floor of a completely renovated Art Nouveau building with a lift and common garden. On the first level there is a fully equipped separate kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker), spacious dining/living room, 2 bedrooms - each with double bed and access to a 6m2 courtyard oriented south facing terrace, two bathrooms (1st with bath tub, 2nd with shower, both with toilet and bidet), and a laundry room (washer and dryer). The second level consists of a roomy open gallery with a comfortable sitting area, plasma TV (satellite), DVD set - Home Cinema. High speed Internet, plenty of storage/built-in wardrobes, security door. Quiet area. A leisurely 10 minute stroll to Wenceslas Square. The price includes weekly cleaning and linen (sheets and towels) service. Reserved parking included in the price (subject to availability).

During the High Season (1.4. - 31.10.) and Christmas (23.12.-2.1.) the price is increased.
