This spacious 3rd floor apartment offers a modern fully fitted eat-in kitchen with a living area complete with sofa and satellite TV and a street side balcony perfect for your cup of morning coffee, a master bedroom with a sitting area and second TV, second bedroom with balcony overlooking the courtyard, an elegant bathroom with new tile flooring and bathtub, laundry room, and a walk in closet as well. The original parquet floor has been refurbished and the apartment is furnished with attractive high quality furniture.
