Romantic Old World Studio Apartment

100 m from Charles Bridge and 200 m from St. Nicolas Church, the ever-popular Elderflower apartment with free Wi-Fi Internet is housed in a renovated Baroque palace that has 24-hour reception and more. The 1st floor studio apartment has an open-plan living room with a sitting area (satellite TV, sofa bed), sleeping zone, fully fitted kitchen line and dining area. The space is complete with a marble & tile bathroom (shower, toilet, sink). Elderflower’s windows face a quiet leafy garden and offer views as well of various church spires, a Charles Bridge tower and the Žižkov Television Tower. The apartment has parquet flooring and stylish décor and furnishings throughout. Besides the 24-hour reception area, the Lázeňská N°4 residence offers a lift, luggage storage, parking (subject to availability, extra cost), an antique shop / gallery, serviced offices (w/ flexible lease periods) and a conference room.

Malá Strana Living
The atmospheric quarter of Malá Strana is a time-tested favorite for many Prague visitors. This specific area of Malá Strana is charming indeed. Set on a narrow cobblestone street, the Lázeňská N°4 residence is right around the corner from Charles Bridge, Malostranské náměstí (setting of St. Nicolas Church and tram lines), the colorful Lennon Wall, and leafy Kampa Island (complete with benches, trees, the Kampa Museum, cafes, etc.). Even though the area is in the beating heart of Prague’s tourism, Lázeňská Street somehow, if somewhat magically, retains a sense of peaceful and tranquility. The palace is located next to the impressive Church of Our Lady beneath the Chain, one of Prague’s oldest – with original pieces of the structure dating back to 1158. The church & the palace, together with most of the buildings in the immediate vicinity once belonged to the Knights of Malta. Cukr Kava Limonada and Cafe de Paris – two very popular bistros are right by the residence. The majority of Prague sights are within walking distance.

Amenities in the Elderflower Apartment include free Wi-Fi Internet, satellite TV with Internet access, washer & dryer, microwave, dishwasher, and more. The price includes weekly cleaning, full linen and towels. The price is for 2 persons; extra person is EUR 30 per night.
