Catworks
The alphabet and its plentiful number of combinations was the inspiration for the unique design furniture for cats named Catworks. Products of the young Czech brand Catworks are designated for the owners of cats who want to provide them with an ideal place for play and rest and at the same time add a stylish, high-quality and modern piece to their home. The hand-made Catworks furniture combines functionality and esthetic value in an ideal way. Cat solitaires are characteristic of timeless style, simple geometrical shape and bold colors. Every piece is different due to a different layout and number of functional elements – hiding places and surfaces for scratching and resting. Currently there are eight letters on sale in the Catworks e-shop and at two sales points in Prague – A, C, G, M, O, R, S, T – that are arbitrarily combinable. Catworks can also make cat furniture in the color and letter shape according to your wish. For the case of damage of the outer layer or redesign of your interior Catworks offers also upholstery services. The person behind the Catworks brand is Lucia, an expert on brand creation and communication, and mainly her cat Kuba. Ondřej Petr, a graduate of product design at the Art School of Václav Hollar, designed the first Catworks collection of 2010.
