Slowdive + support: Pale Blue Eyes
The British band Slowdive returned to the concert stage in 2014 after an almost twenty-year hiatus. Now they are finally coming to Prague. The concert will take place on January 28th 2024 in the space of the current Archa Theatre. The concert takes place as part of the tour for the new album Everything Is Alive, which is released on September 1st 2024. The band was formed in 1989 and with a total of three albums managed to go down in rock history as one of the key projects of the more pop and experimental shoegaze versions of the 90s. However, the members split up shortly after the release of the third album Pygmalion (1995) and devoted themselves to other projects. The surprising return of the project was marked by a concert at Barcelona's Primavera Sound festival in 2014. The band then successfully followed up the previous work with the record Slowdive (2017).
