The Prague architectural company Jakub Cigler Architekti (JCA), which belongs to the leading Czech architectural studios has a team of almost 70 professionals with experience from the Czech Republic and abroad who take part in projects of progressive architecture. These projects are created where JCA operates - in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Russia and in other countries. The company was founded in 2001 by the Czech architect Jakub Cigler who has experience in the Czech and international architectural scene. Architects from JCA design various architectural projects including office buildings, residential developments, hotels and shopping centers (a good example of their work is the mixed use Quadrio project in the city center of Prague). Besides new buildings the company also deals with meticulous reconstructions. Jakub Cigler Architekti is a holder of many awards from the Czech Republic and abroad including the International Design Award, Building of the Year Award or Dušan Jurkovič Award - the most important architectural prize given in Slovakia), and is one the co-founders of the Association of the Czech Green Building Council.
