In the informal atmosphere of the Laboratorio Studio on Krocínova Street in Prague 1 you will learn basic cooking methods and tricks of professionals – the great chefs of Aromi and La Finestra and the La Bottega di Aromi and La Bottega di Finestra shops. As the first cooking school in Prague and the Czech Republic Laboratorio offers a unique cooking course concept, Lunch & Run and Cook & Dine. During your 45-minute lunch break on Tuesdays through Fridays chefs at the Lunch & Run course will expertly guide you through cooking your own simple and tasty lunch in the relaxed atmosphere of the kitchen studio; after you finish creating your culinary treat you can eat it on the spot in the attractive and modern back room of the studio which is complete with a large dining room table and Italian décor, or you can simply take it with you to enjoy at your office or home.
